How are you spending your offseason? Did you know that your offseason is just as, if not more, important than prep? This is the time where you define your placing. We build up weak areas, fix imbalances, and most importantly we build up your metabolism to support a healthy prep.
What it includes:
- Completely custom plans that evolve as you do
- Mobile app to access your meal plan and training program anytime, anywhere.
- Personal training support. Having trouble with form? Submit a video for biomechanical feedback and correction
- Custom meal plans, subject to preferences and biofeedback
- Training programs that change every 4-8 weeks, depending on your response.
- Home versions of training programs so that you don't miss a beat, even when your day doesn't go as planned.
- Supplement and vitamin protocol
- Biweekly check ins
- Unlimited coach messaging
*Please note that programs are not intended for beginners, lifting experience is required. Nutrition programs are whole food meal plans and do not fit individuals looking for flexible dieting or day to day variety.
**Packages are subscription based and billing is autorenewal. Cancelation of subscriptions must be be made 5 business days prior to billing period.
