Whether you're a seasoned athlete or a complete newbie, we give you 110% attention through prep. It is preferred that you have an offseason with us first to learn your body and prepare you for prep, so please look at that package first.
What it includes:
- Mobile app to access your meal plan and training program anytime, anywhere.
- Custom meal plans, subject to preferences and biofeedback
- Training programs that change every 4-8 weeks, depending on your response.
- Home versions of training programs so that you don't miss a beat, even when your day doesn't go as planned.

- A detailed schedule of all things related to competing leading up to show
- 1 individual video posing session, additional available upon request

- Biweekly check ins, then weekly, biweekly, daily leading up to show and then multiple through out the day at 2-0 days out to make sure you are your absolute best.

*Please note that programs are not intended for beginners, lifting experience is required. Nutrition programs are whole food meal plans and do not fit individuals looking for flexible dieting or day to day variety. Prep timelines vary by individual, these are assessed at application or are decided during your offseason program.
**Monthly billing is subscription based and is automated for the duration of your prep. Cancelation of subscriptions must be be made 5 business days prior to billing period.
